stephen wahl
Stephen Wahl is an owner and co-founder of EarthBaby. Stephen and his wife Meghan had just celebrated the birth of their first son when EarthBaby was launched. After 20 years in the design industry Stephen was profoundly aware of the amount of product being created that was entering our landfills. The idea of creating a solution to the 3rd largest landfill problem while creating a more sustainable environment for his son to grow up in, was a no brainer and he hasn't looked back.
Prior to EarthBaby Stephen worked as a senior design lead at IDEO. He also previously specialized in furniture products for Details and consumer products for Smart Design in New York City. Stephen earned a BS in industrial design from the University of the Arts at the Philadelphia College of Art and Design. He lives with his wife and two sons in San Francisco, CA.
